Wie spielt man Memopolis:

Alle Karten werden gut gemischt und mit der Bildseite nach unten auf jede Spielflache gelegt.

Der/Die jüngste Spieler*in beginnt und deckt 2 Karten seiner/ihrer Wahl auf.

Wenn es sich um 2 Sehenswürdigkeiten aus derselben Stadt handelt, nimmt er/sie die 2 Karten und darf erneut spielen.

Wenn der/die Spieler*in zwei Sehenswürdigkeiten aus verschiedenen Städten aufdeckt, soll er/sie die Karten umgedreht zurücklegen, und es ist der nächste Spieler an der Reihe.

Das Spiel wird im Uhrzeigersinn gespielt.

Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten, Punkte zu sammeln:

1 Punkt: Wenn keine Karten mehr auf der Spielfläche liegen, erhält der/die Spieler*in mit den meisten Karten 1 Punkt.

2 Punkte: Wenn jemand alle 6 Sehenswürdigkeiten aus derselben Stadt findet, erhält er/sie 2 Punkte. Es ist nicht wichtig, wie viele Karten andere Spieler*inen bereits haben.

Jede Runde wird gespielt, bis ein/e

Spieler*in 1 oder 2 Punkte gesammelt hat.

Danach kannst du die Karten erneut mischen und verdeckt auslegen, um eine neue Runde zu beginnen.

Der/Die Gewinner*in ist der/die erste Spieler*in, der/die mindestens 6 Punkte sammelt.

* Während des gesamten Spiels darf man jederzeit einen Blick auf die Liste der Sehenswürdigkeiten werfen, um sicherzustellen, dass man 2 Sehenswürdigkeiten aus derselben Stadt hat.

How to play Memopolis:

All cards are shuffled well and placed face down on any playing surface.

The youngest player starts by revealing 2 cards of his/her choice.

If 2 landmarks from the same city are revealed, the player collects these 2 cards and may play again.

If the player reveals 2 landmarks from different cities, he/she has to turn the cards face down, and it's the next player's turn. The game is played clockwise.

There are 2 ways to collect points:

1 point: When there are no more cards on the playing surface, the player with the most collected cards gets 1 point.

2 points: If someone finds all 6 landmarks from the same city, he/she gets 2 points. It's not important how many cards other players already have.

Each round is played until one player collects 1 or 2 points.

After that, you may shuffle the cards again and place them face down to start a new round.

The winner is the first player to collect at least 6 points.

* Throughout the entire game, it is allowed to take a look at the list of landmarks to make sure you have 2 landmarks from the same city.
